Janet Van Melle, RMT.

Janet is a Massage Therapist, registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She graduated from Canadian Therapeutic College with an honors diploma in Massage and Hydrotherapy. Janet has always been interested in health and well being. It was when she enrolled in CTC that she felt she found her true calling as a Massage Therapist. Janet's main focus is Swedish massage. She has also taken various courses in Reiki, Cranial Sacral, and Lymph Drainage techniques. Whether treating a specific physical complaint, injury, musculo-skeletal dysfunction or just a general relaxing massage. Janet is a very client focused therapist, believing that communication with the client is one of the key ingredients to a successful treatment plan.

After suffering a whiplash injury from an auto accident 10 years ago, Laura became interested in the field of massage therapy. It was with the combined effort of an RMT and physiotherapist that released her from her pain and nursed her back to good health.

A graduate of Canadian Therapeutic College, with an honors diploma in Massage Therapy and Hydrotherapy, Laura's focus is on treatment-based therapy. She combines the use of Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue Therapy, and Joint Mobilizations to successfully treat a variety of conditions. Experienced in Swedish massage, Laura is able to help with pain management from pregnancy, to birth, throughout life and into palliative care.

Laura excels in her ability to customize a treatment plan specific to her clients ever changing needs, from gentle relaxation to deep tissue work, and enjoys the challenges that they may offer her.

Donna C. Henry, RMT.

Donna is a Registered Massage Therapist registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She graduated from the highly accredited Sutherland Chan Teaching School and Clinic in Toronto. Donna’s educational background has provided her with experiences working with athletes in training, during events, and during the injury rehabilitation process. Donna’s work experience has provided her with the ability to treat post-surgical scarring, prosthetic implants, and artificial joint replacements. Donna also has experience treating a variety of clients managing cancer, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, a variety of neurological disorders, high-risk pregnancies, high blood pressure, and emotional disorders. Donna is a very client-focused therapist. She believes in educating her clients about their health and their body. Donna has a strong belief that it is essential to "find the cause and treat the cause" and will develop a treatment plan to achieve this health goal. Using functional testing, general Swedish massage techniques, the use of Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue Therapy, and Joint Mobilizations, Donna continues to be successful in treating a variety of conditions. Moving from the Caledon area, Donna has recently relocated from a multi-disciplinary clinic to our clinic in Milton, and looks forward to helping you achieve your health and massage therapy goals.

Evan Moore, RMT.

Evan graduated from Georgian College's Registered Massage Therapist program in Barrie in 2009. He is highly trained and qualified to provide therapeutic massage to those seeking treatment for a wide variety of health conditions. Evan knows the importance of maintaining balance within the body in his treatment sessions, and treats his clients with both deep tissue and relaxation massage based on the individual situation. He makes use of a number of techniques within his practice including trigger-point therapy, general Swedish and non-Swedish techniques, hydrotherapy applications and remedial exercises. It is his commitment to provide exceptional service and treatments of the highest quality ensuring a professional, ethical, and nurturing environment which promotes individuals to achieve personal wellness. He is very excited to add his knowledge and insight to the Healing Touch team.
